
this is what i have right now. the normals maps. are...at small percentage of where they will be when done. i did do the face but it was too suble to show up correctly, so i left it out. i have a week off from school. and i dont have class until wednesday when it does start again. I will have plenty of time to finish him, next class in rigging! hopefully this time he willl be ready for animating, unlike Gertrude over there. this guy needs a name, too, though. the did instructor like it, during class critique, he showed everyone that thats what normal maps can do, fool the eye. only one other guy did normal maps, but i think his wore maily of the face..

youre going to have fun painting the weights on those suspenders, bold choice using geometry instead of just adding them to the texturing process. great model, i cant wait to see the end result
