April First Friday.

I've been trying to see my work from an outside perspective recently.. lol, & what I see is a set of really ..kind of intense, sad paintings.. or of sad things. I think its just that those are the types of feelings I need to get out. But this is only a part of me, it isn't alll of me. :)

Progress

sorry about the slight glare. I took this on my way out the door, to blog from my phone! This painting is for the bear themed show I'm doing in August. Tons more paintings to go!

Tonight is the "Group Therapy" show opening!
I'm so excited to go and just hang out during the opening, and check out all the other artwork!

I haven't worked on it in a while, I've been spending all my painting time on paintings for shows coming up!

Little Bear Boy

I began this little painting a while ago, its now all entirely finished. the lighting that came in the window at this particular time, kindof called for a picture, it seemed like good natural lighting.
