"Nowness" at Eye Lounge Gallery, Phoenix

Opening night went great! It was a lot of fun.

It was on Friday the 18th, November.

I chose Hidden Places as my painting to display.

I really like this view of them..

talking to Jenny Fontana

reflecting on the painting's perceived meanings

explaining the painting.., lol.
.
I was nervous to leave the house, but I finally made it out! & it ended up being a really great night! I had a lot of fun talking to everyone. I even got to talk with Colin Chillag! A very great painter, fellow current resident of Arizona. Thank you Sean Deckert for inviting me to participate in this invitational group show! I appreciate the opportunity so much! :)
Thank you everyone who stopped by Eye Lounge to check out the artwork! & I give a big thanks to John Castro who took these great photos!
.
This is Collin's painting for the show. With a perfectly subtle surprise that not too many people caught!

Indeed a good time was had. I cannot wait to exhibit my next oil paintings! Planning on a show for Spring 2012, at Regular Gallery (more details later). Till then, stay tuned for progress! :)

:)

Peace, Love & Sugar Lumps!
